We had a big celebration for our 4th Green Flag!
On Tuesday, the senior infants, First and Second classes gathered together at the front of the school to watch our caretaker , Fran, put up our green flag. We had not been able to come together over Covid, so it was great to see all the children sitting outside together. The green school committee read and sang into the microphone and took a bow for all their hard work during the year.
Rachel Mackeral visited us from An Taisce to join in the fun and enjoy our song called “Save The Earth”.
We had a lovely day!
